In your hw directory, make a copy of your Michalko document. Name the copy hw6.html.
Add phrase elements to this document as appropriate. For each phrase element, specify any appropriate attributes.
There will be some phrase elements that you haven't used. Take care of this by adding a bogus chapter summary/response for Chapter 33 that uses whatever phrase elements are left.
