The Setup
- Some states have deployed electronic voting machines.
- These machines are being paid for in large part by federal money.
- The election outcome reported by these machines has national implications.
- So, we all have a stake in whether these machines work well or not.
- What are the odds these machines will give us a November Surprise?
- If they don't, what does this mean?
