The 2006 Society of Composers Region II Conference will be held at Hamilton College in Clinton, NY on Friday and Saturday, November 10 and 11. There will be opportunities at the conference for the presentation of papers on topics related to the composition of music in the years since 1960. Paper proposals from all SCI members are welcome, but preference will be given to members of Region II.
Papers should be 20 minutes in length and proposals should include a one-page abstract and contact information: presenter’s name, address, telephone number, email address.
Submission deadline: May 1, 2006 (postmarked).
