Hamilton College is located near the village of Clinton, a suburb of Utica, NY. The college is approximately 6 miles south of the New York Thruway (I-90). Click here for directions to campus. The nearest airport is in Syracuse, served by United, Northwest, USAir, Delta, American, Continental, and JetBlue airlines, and is approximately 45 minutes away from campus. The Albany airport, served by American, Continental, USAir, Northwest, Southwest, Delta, and United airlines, is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to the east of us. A rental car is definitely recommended if you are flying to the conference. The weather here in mid-November can be moderately brisk, with daytime temperatures averaging 45 degrees (F). We are not likely to receive much more than an inch or two of snowfall on any given weekend in November (the real fun doesn't begin until after Christmas). |
