About Hamilton's Biochemistry

Hamilton's Program in Biochemistry is a collaboration between faculty from both the Biology and Chemistry departments. The program requirements for majors and minors incorporate courses from the departments of Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics. The object of a program in Biochemistry is to gain a better understanding of the chemical systems of living things.

This is a rotating molecule taken from a pdb file viewed in RasMol. It represents a 434 CRO protein complex (gene regulating protein) with a 20 base pair piece of DNA. It is rotating 30 degrees at a time along the y axis.
