Other faculty, staff, or students who have projects for which one of the Editing Rooms might be useful can gain access with the approval of the chair of the Digital Arts Program.
The Editing Rooms are generally available on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, during periods of peak use, the director of the Digital Arts Lab (Bret Olsen) might establish procedures for reserving these rooms.
5) The Screening Room (KTSA 124) is reserved for use by Digital Arts courses. Other courses may also schedule events in the Screening Room, with the approval of the director of the Digital Arts Program (Professor Ella Gant). Please schedule the Screening Room and the associated technical support staff though the Events Calendar.
