Outreach

In the Nannas lab, we are interested in increasing science literacy. We engage in several outreach activities to promote interest, engagement and understanding of STEM. Some of our outreach projects include creating and sharing podcasts on popular science topics, particularly those related to genetics and molecular biotechnologies. We also promote science education through elementary outreach, both on Hamilton campus and through our SciKids Network Youtube channel. We develop videos and other digital content for elementary students focused on experimentation, the scientific process and engaging with STEM in everyday life.
