About the MAPP Group
We are a group of policy analysts who have banded together to tackle some of the most pressing issues on the national forefront. Under the name of MAPP we are working together to provide the most conclusive and reliable information on four different topics that can alter the outcomes of several policies currently in play in Congress. By the use of meta-analysis we are able to ensure the validity of our findings and confidently state that no other previous studies contain information that is as pertinent or as trustworthy as ours.
In the formation of our group we decided that our time would be most effectively spent if we divided into 4 equally strong groups in order to tackle as wide a range of policy issues as possible. The four areas we are focusing on are the effectiveness of charter schools, the impact minimum wage increases have on teenage employment, the effect of high stakes testing in schools, and the impact of campaign finance on the probability of a candidate getting elected. Through our analysis we have come to several different conclusions, each which will have a significant impact on the views of policymakers.
On behalf of MAPP we would like to welcome you to our website and are confident that the information presented here is fully reliable. Our results are meant to be taken seriously and our advice should be heeded because the conclusions presented here are the conclusions of the most informed people on each topic addressed.
