Share the text that you have written with the other stakeholders and discuss any potential changes that you may want to make regarding the information that will be contained on the site, the order of that information, the tone of the site, and whether responsibilities should be reassigned or redistributed. This is an important "course-correction" step that is intended to formalize the process of changing decisions that have been made previously, if new information dictates that such changes are in the best interest of the project.
Go back to your Planning and Information Collection worksheets and write down any changes that were deemed to be necessary. Make sure that consensus exists for these decisions, just as you did when first completing these worksheets. These worksheets will be used when the wikis and web pages are created.
