Writing for the Web is different than writing for print, because people gather information from websites differently that they do from hard copy. People scan websites quickly, looking for the information that is most relevant to what they want to know. This means that, wherever possible, you should write your content as single sentences, numbered or ordered lists, or very brief paragraphs.
