Karin Murray, Academic Office Assistant, brings extensive experience in management, bookkeeping and administrative support to Hamilton. She has worked at NYS College of Ceramics at Alfred University and Santanoni Glass and Ceramics. She can be reached at 315-859-4269 or kpmurray@hamilton.edu.
Bret Olsen, Educational Technology Specialist, received his undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo. Bret works with faculty and students to provide planning and support for the use of multimedia technologies. He offers teaching support in courses such as Introduction to Photography, Introduction to Video, Animation, Advanced Photography, Advanced Video, and Electronic Arts Workshop. John Powell, Studio Arts Operation Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day operations and non-teaching duties related to the Studio Art Department in the Kevin and Karen Kennedy Center for Theatre and Studio Arts. John assists with safe material handling, OSHA, MSDS, the proper use of tools and equipment in the studios across the Art curriculum, and preparation of our Linda Johnson Gallery, and other public exhibition spaces in the building. John received his Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Hamilton College and was the recipient of the prestigious Barney Moore Prize in Art.
