Class of 2016 Senior Art Thesis

ARTIST STATEMENT:

You are Enough is a piece about vulnerability, healing, ephemerality, and light using a traditional domestic medium. Every sweater, woven with stories from previous owners, has been disassembled and reimagined to create intertwined patterns of complex storytelling. The sculpture acts as a meditative space welcoming viewers to enter, realize the interconnectedness of human life, and contemplate their own stories and experiences.
