Zavier is a rising junior at Hamilton, where he's concentrating in philosophy and (maybe) economics. He's most interested in moral philosophy, epistemology, and free will, and welcomes argument about anything with anyone. On campus, you can usually find him working in the library or as an online tutor, playing spikeball, or speedrunning Stardew Valley and Hades in his room. If you need a conversation topic, ask him about gift giving or whether Santa is evil.

Shannon is from San Francisco and is a rising junior at UC Berkeley where she is double majoring in philosophy and microbial biology. She is currently most interested in ethics, philosophy of science, and all things bacterial, but will happily have a conversation about almost anything. Outside of academics, she loves to hike, do gymnastics, and cross country ski.

I grew up in Edmonton, Alberta and spent many years in living in China. In the fall, I will be a third year at the University of Toronto, studying Philosophy and Latin. My primary philosophical interests are in Ancient and Medieval philosophy, as well as Bioethics. In my free time, I enjoy thrifting, running (preferably in nature), and drinking overpriced lattes.

I was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, and I am the first person from my family and my high school to attend a college abroad. I major in cultural anthropology and (hopefully) double-minor in philosophy and psychology. I was originally a member of the class of 22, but I took a gap year during the covid year. In terms of extracurriculars, I occasionally led on-campus activism for climate justice and minority harassment in the past, but this year, I mostly dedicated my time to my thesis. After college, I'm hoping to go to a PhD program to study Japanese discourses around passion/purpose particularly in online career development communities.

Robin grew up in Seoul, South Korea, until he moved to the U.S. in 3rd grade. He is particularly interested in philosophy's role in civic life, including ideas from normative ethics, ancient Greek philosophy, and Critical Theory. When he is not working on philosophy readings at Brown, he enjoys attempting to learn new languages and obsessing over classical music in the orchestra.

Hearing people talk about their lives and the way they view the world is almost always of interest to me. I'm all about good energy.
